Using a single roll of LDPE film, the Single Roll Wrapper eliminates the need for dual-roll systems and traditional sealing jaws. How It Works

The Single Roll Wrapper accepts trayed or trayless products on an infeed conveyor and continuously advances them through the film application zone. A servo-driven film feed and cut assembly meters an exact length of film beneath the moving product while synchronized film wands lift and fold the remaining film over the top and down the front.

The film overlap is fused and tightened as the product passes through the high-efficiency shrink tunnel, producing a secure bull’s-eye-style package. The system’s continuous motion ensures smooth product handling and high throughput without stopping between cycles
